There's this guy at my school that I really like, I'm friends with him and everything. I've asked him out a few times but he said he'll think about it, then he ends up saying no because he thinks I'll use him to make my old boyfriend jealous. I try to tell him I won't, and he stil says no.
He's friends with pretty much everyone. He's the nicest guy ever. He's cute, and he's just...awesome. I don't get to see him that much so I can't like let him see how I act...so he doesn't know my...way of...YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN, very much. So he's like clueless to how I act. You know?
So my question is, how the heck can I just get him to like me? I mean, if he just kinda sorta likes me i'd be fine, even if we don't go out. Just help me...PWEASE.

I am a 13 year old girl. I have a really good guy friend who is also 13. i am starting to develop stronger feelings for him everyday. I drop hints alot, but he just acts like nothing happened most of time. Other times he will flirt back. A few days ago he put his arm around my waist but I don't know if it was a friendly gesture, or if its because he likes me. We have a really close friendship and don't want to ruin that.
