my husband takes seroqueal at night to help sleep & 4 bipolar. he used to want sex alot but for last 1 1/2 yrs. only 1 or 2x a mo. i never used to want it but now i always want it. i need to know what i can take that will reduce my sex drive? we are both 38 yrs. i don't know if theres something otc i can take or if i need to ask the dr. 4 somethin spasific or even if there's a food that i can use. please help me. i don't know what else to do. it's definately not a lack of luv on his part he blames the meds. and all other aspects r fine thanx... Well I went on this birth control Yasmin. I did it cuz i didn't want to have a baby yet. And I found out that one of the side affects was it lowers sex drive and from experance it lowered mine. so maybe you want to talk to your doctor about going on that b/c it also has Potassium which is good for you and it helps with cramps on that time of the month. well i hope this helped. good luck .
