my boyfriend and i have been dating for long than a month and couple weeks and he hasnt even kissed me yet. i kissed him once on the cheek but that doesnt matter. what is he doing????

he prolly is just shy! he might think that you don't want to kiss him so if i were you, i would try to kiss him and see what he does. if he pulls away then maybe hes not into you the way your into him but he might just be waiting for you to make the first move
