Historically we are amazing creatures. To this day, men are naturally attracted to us when we are on our periods as it sends off pheromones and subconsciously men are attracted as it is a fertile time. The same goes with lips, the mouth is used for many things, kissing, sexual as well as keeping us alive breathing and eating etc. When he's looking at your lips he's probably thinking 'i want to kiss those!'just like when they look at our breasts, it's the same thing!
