I have eczema on my stomach, thighs and knee, i was wondering is there any medicines that will help it go away? _(link)

You will need to go to your doctor to get a prescribed ointment that you will have to rub on the areas affected daily. It will not fully clear it up as you may have some relapses but you do need to get an ointment now. It is not life threatening but very uncomfortable.
