does any body want to be my diet buddy? if you are on a diet then we can do it together and stuff. so we IM eachother when were bored, etc. also, we can give eachother tips and stuff. itll be fun and helpful. dont think im a weirdo, my friends just dont think i need to b on a diet, but i just dont want to GET heavy. so yea. lol. k later babes

Well to get yourself motivated i would write down all the resons WHY you want to loose weight. That helps alot. To loose weight.. i would try and be more active..try riding your bike once in a while, and running can also be fun if one of your friends wants to run with you! Try eating more fruit and not as much pop. And when your watching t.v. strech a lil bit and do some crunches. The more often you do things, you will get used to it.
