hey, ive had the same problems! and believe me this works..see if there is a cross country team at your school. its a great way to get in shape. or if you dont want to do it as a sport, then you should just run at a local park for 30 minutes a day and drink a lot of water.it worked for me and i have lost over 10 pounds..but it looks like a lot more. if running isnt your thing, try yoga. its very relaxing and fun if you do it with your friends. hope i helped.
