Ok i am not a skinny person i am really over weight and i wanna loose a lot of weight before christmas and stuff so i can feel better about myself and so people will stop making fun of me and stuff i would like to know what to buy how much to eat how much to exercise and what foods are good and not how long i have to exercise what to drink and everything. I pretty much only drink water so yeah.And i want to loose as many pounds as i can in a week/month/year. so plz give me soem advice.

Try to exercise once a day for about 20-min and try to eat healthy foods. If you feel hungry and want a snack instead of having chips have some vegetables or some fruit. If you try to just heat healthy foods you will loose weight very quickly! Good luck!!
