Hey you guys. My name is Christina. I give pretty good advice. I give it to my friends all the time and it usually works//helps them out. Yes, I am preppy. I LOVE stores like Abercrombie and Fitch, Hollister, American Eagle and more, but those are my top 3 favorite stores. =D I love playing sports too, I'm very athletic. I love going online, talking to friends, helping people, hanging out with my friends,*&& hugging! I love looking for hot guys =] (I already love you if you give me a big hug! =D ) And more stuff. Okay so i am nearly 200 pounds overweight...i know i need to lose weight but i have no motivation...does anyone know of anything that could really motivate at 15 year old girl? Thanks

Hey!
Whenever I felt like giving up, I'd picture myself in my new body, how I'd look and everything.
If I was on the phone, I'd work my legs, to pass the time.
If I was on the treadmill, I would put a picture of my favorite celebrity and look at them and think "I can do this!"
Just don't let the media put you down. They have photoshoping and everything which I think is seriously unrealistic
Keep a food diary, it could help you.
If you need motivation I'm here for you!
If I'd eat a certain food, I'd ask myself before "How would I feel about eating this afterwards?"
