Ok I am a 16/f I need to know how to lose a lot of weight. I weigh about 198 (I had a baby) and I am 5'6". What can I do to get down to about 130 lbs? Any advice? Things I can do in my living room or around my house? Please help! Like I also need it not to take like forever! HELP! (link)

Well congrats on having a baby.
If you don't eat that much junk food or drink soda then atleast you are eating healthy. You just need to do some exercises. Try walking a mile a day then you could increase it to running for a mile. Gradually increase it when you feel you can. And if you take your baby (depending on age) to the park, you could also get one of those strolers that u can run while pushing the carriage.
