I'm an energetic, funky, honest, unique, cutesy, wild, fun, sporty, with-it girl who will always try and give you an answer. I've done quite a few sports, and would say I know a lot about make-up, hair, sports, fashion, decorating, cleaning, having friends, sexual health, and a lot more. You can ask me about ANYTHING! :) I have awesome friends that I always (and love to) hang out with. I'm going to be a junior and I can't wait!

Also, I don't delete any of my answers. If you'd like to bash on me because I have a high rating, because you think I delete them, that's your problem, not mine. I'm not going to answer any questions that aren't looking for advice, or information that they're actually wondering. :)

ok i'm really short like 5'0 and I think I'm over really weight I'm about 125-130:-/ and I want to get myself bad into shape. Do you think I'm honestly over weight? Can you tell me some workouts that can help me?

I'm swimming alot now and getting back into doing a lot of crunches every day. But I need more to do. Plus I'm trying not to eat junk food and eat health (fruits, salads, some veggies) although I don't do good with veggies I don't really like them what do I do in that case? (link)
Naw, I don't think you're overweight! You just have a little extra weight, but you can easily get that off with some work. Swimming is great, so is eating healthy and crunches! But crunches alone don't cut it- they only focus on the central ab. But that leaves out your obliques and transverse ab muscles! Here are some to work those abs: :)

Diamond Crunch: Lie on back, knees open to sides, soles of feet together. Extend arms to a 45-degree angle over torso (hold a weight in both hands for added intensity :) ). Life torso, reaching as far forward as you can. Slowly lower to start.

Cross-leg Crunch: Lie on back, knees bent. Place left ankle on right thigh near knee. Extend arms at sides of thighs. Curl upper and lower body, brining them as close together as possible. Return to start. Do reps, then switch sides and repeat.

Ticktock: Lie on back, legs together, knees bent, heels lifted, toes on floor. Place hands behind head. Life head and shoulders, then twist legs left, then right. for [rep].

Side Raise: Lie on left side, left knee slighty bent, right foot on florr behind it. Extend left arm straight up, palm on floor; put right hand behind head, elbow open. Crunch to right (curling shoulder toward hip). Lower to starting position.

I hope those help your abs atleast! Also, since you're not eating a lot of veggies, try having a multi-vitamin pill every day. :) Keep up what you've been doing though! I hope I helped! Please rate me!

Sincerely, Cammie

i wanna work out my legs BUT i dont like running and already walk and dont have a swimming pool and dont have any machines so how do i work out my legs? (link)
Try jump rope, pilates, yoga, hiking, kickboxing, skiing, dancing, cycling, martial arts (also great for a WHOLE body work out) or just do regular exercises that tone and work your legs! Running isn't the ONLY option!

Just a few regular exercises:

Side Kick: Stand with fists near chin, left leg forward, knee slightyly bent, right foot turned out a little. Bring right knee high, then extend it to side, kicking through heel. Then return to start. (They use a lot of different kicks in martial arts.)

Stair Lift: Sit on second step of staircase, right shoulder pointed upstairs (knee bent, foot on first step, elbow on third), left leg straight, foot on floor. Lift leg high as you can. Then lower.

Scissors Beat: Lie on back, legs straight over hips, hands on floor at sides, palms down. Flex feet, turn toes out and open legs to each side as far as you can (don't arch back!). Exhale and squeeze legs together, crossing left leg over right. Repeat, crossing right leg over left.

Lower-leg Rock: Stand with knees slightly bent, feet hip-width apart, holding dumbbell in each hand. Slowly life heels, rolling onto toes (but not tiptoes). Lower. Shift weight onto heels and life toes off floor to complete.

Ball Squat: Stand with feet hip0width apart, holding small ball between thighs. Slowly squat (keep knees over feet!), lifting arms in front to shoulder height and squeezing ball with thighs. Pause, and return to start.

Remember, the trick to good legs is sculpting. :)
If you want streamlined legs of a dancer, but not the bulk of any speed skater-- those exercises'll help ya! I hope I helped you. Please rate me!

Sincerely, Cammie

I must run a 10km race at the end of September, but I have never in my life ran more than 2km!

Could anyone help me with advice on how to prepare for the race. I started on Monday(21/06) by jogging/walking 2.2km each day.
When should I start doing more kilo's and when can I run my first 10km to prepare for September?

Regards (link)
That's AWESOME how you're doing a 10k race! :) That's a great goal to try and get to...of course, it'll take some major self-motivation to get there. I do quite a few sports, and running long distance is one of them. That's good how you're starting out with 2.2km though. Considering you have about 2 months to train, you have some time...but still, 2.2 to 10 is a big difference!

First, drink a TON of water every night before bed. I mean, a TON. You should feel like your whole stomach is bloated with water. Sleep, wake up, and don't drink or eat ANYTHING!! Do not...a big no no if you eat or drink a THING. You shouldn't even have a gulp of water. Do some stretches (including arm stretches...people tend to forget those.) Then run your heart out! While running, always think of your goal. That tends to make me push harder. Try to run earlier in the morning also. It's not as hot, and it's easier on your (if you have them) allergies. After you run, do the stretches you previously did before you ran. Do that EVERY day, but push up the distances you run! If you really pushed yourself while running, you shouldn't be able to talk without taking deeep breathes. (It's usually like that for everyone that I run with...I'm panting if I pushed myself REALLLLY hard!) Try and bump up your distance 0.2 every two days. But no matter what, you have got to push yourself to the limit. Use up your potential and sprint that LAST stretch before you finish running. Eventually, you're going to get really awesome if you push yourself while running everyday. I wish you the BEST of luck! *Crosses fingers* I hope I help...please rate me!

Sincerely, Cammie
