ok so im a sophomore in high school now, wanting to join band. I'm now taking lessons for clarinet, and I'm going to band camp next summer, hopefully =] b/c im going to join marching band next year. I just dont know like any of the cheers or how to march!
any suggestions how how to get me started? (link)

oh yay! i love marching band!
if you want to practice your marching, i have a decent idea, and it's a bad habit of mine. when you're in a parking lot, try taking either six even steps or eight even steps from one line to the next. that helps with making sure your steps are consistant for a given amount of space.
with everything else mentioned in perious answers, i'm sure you'll do fine!

How do you judge a song to be your favorite?
( I just want know how other person judge the song to be their favorite)
Me I like songs depending on the message of the song (it's lyrics) and the tune of the song and how it is played with an instrument and also how it is sang. (link)

... yeah so I need new music. You can give me indiviual songs or bands. Preferably not your typical pop punk band/alternative band that sounds just like everythint else.
My favorite bands are: My Chemical Romance, The Academy Is..., Fall Out Boy, Pencey Prep, Jack's Mannequin, Something Corporate, The Rocket Summer, All Time Low, The Beatles, Cartel, The Hush Sound, Paramore, Rise Against, Taking Back Sunday, +44, Blink 182.

Okay well I know that people hate these type of questions. I'm sorry. But I need help. What are some songs that:
1. Say something about growing up.
2. Show someone that I am there for them.
3. Something about liking someone, but they not liking you [i know almost everything song is like that, but i want a song that is slow and easy to listen to with a gool beat to it]
4. Show that I don't need someone and I can make it with out them.
I like any type of music. But I prefer something that is easy to listen to [like no screaming or rapping or anything like that] Something indie would be okay.

Well, I really like her. She went out with my best friend. But he moved to a total different state. And so they broke up. This was about three months ago. Well, me and her started getting closer.
