about

Hi. I'm Nikki. :D
[In the picture, I'm on the left.]
I'm fifteen, almost sixteen, on 6th November.
I'm a pretty down to earth girl, I suppose.
Apparently I'm very motherly, as I love kids.
I plan to be a zoologist/animal conservationist once I've graduated.
I'll try respond to any question you have with an intelligent answer.
People tend to come to me for advice, so that's why I'm here.

Oh, and a little off the subject:
My favorite band is McFLY. They're British. And, they're amazing.
Just thought I'd let you know.

Oh, and if you're going to ask me something, PLEASE type like an educated human. NuThIn LyKEee DiSS PuHleAzEee!1!one!11

I'm really not mean, I promise.

I would like to find some songs from the 90's, that are like love songs/country love songs, what are some good ones?

Here are some good examples.
Because Of You by Celine Dion
From This Moment On by Shania Twain
How Do I Live by LeAnn Rimes.

Thank you very much!

I'm not much of a country fan now, but as I was growing up, that's all my mom would let me listen to.

Sooo,
"My Love" Little Texas
"The Heart Won't Lie" Reba McIntyre
"Just to hear you say that you love me" Faith Hill
"What If I said..." I think that one is by Steve Warner and some lady...

hope I've helped.

does anyone know how to dedicate a song to someone? I mean.. how do you know what videos they play when?
thanks!

I did it once, but it was a long time ago.

You can't go to the Dedicate Live section of the site until 30 minutes before it starts. But after that, I believe it has a form, and a drop down menu of the songs they're going to play. You just select the song, and type your dedication.

Good luck on getting it on the air though. I tried millions of times, and didn't get mine on there once.

There's this song called "Simple Gifts" that I will have to sing solo soon. I am a saprano but it's hard for me, though i've sang this way for years. I am more comfortable in alto. I can't switch because my teacher says if I expand my range now I will become an excellent singer someday. When I sing the song the high notes seem to be too high for me. Can somebody here please help me find a way to hit higher notes better?

I'm a soprano. More of a Soprano 2... But when we have to hit some uncomfortable notes, my teacher always says to:

Tighten your stomach and booty muscles.
Visualize the note as you hit it.
Keep your mouth open and wide.
Take deep breaths. =]
