Q: ok people i hav a problem.there's this guy i never got the guts to tlk to him,until a few weeks ago. i remember when we were in school he would stare at me allll the time and i didn't like him until the year ended.i started talking to him on i.m. and we were getting to know each other a lil better i remember dat we were havin a great time talkin and than he had to go to sleep so we stopped talking 4 dat night. but i havn't heard from him since than and dat was a week ago. so is he avoiding me or is he just to shy to talk to me again?

if you guys had a great time talking to each other, he shouldn't be avoiding you. seems to me that he's a bit shy. go ahead and strike up a conversation and see where it takes you. you might considering hanging out with him along with a couple friends to get to know her a bit better. either way, best wishes! Q: I have about 1 month until school starts. I want to loose some weight, about 7 pounds. Is this possible? If so, how do I get motivated? I don't eat much, but I can't get myself to exercise. I mean, I get exercise when I do stuff with friends, but otherwise, I can't get motivated to do it myself. Don't tell me to ecercise with my friends. What are some tips on loosing weight? What exercises should I do? I basically want to tone up my stomach, that's the main goal. Please don't tell me anything super strict. Thanks.

only a couple minutes each day, done correctly, and that'll do it! remember to stay hydrated & replenished. on the eating side, you don't have to eat more or cut down. just eat healthy and not-fatty foods and you're already on the good side! good luck! (:
