honestly, i think its best if you don`t hook up with this boy when hes in a relationship. i think that the best idea is to have a talk with this boy - if you were in the other girls situation you wouldnt want YOUR boyfriend cheating on you =\ maybe when the boy breaks up with his gf you can go out/hook up with him then, and even though u HATE this girl, you should do the right thing. good luck =)
