There is this woman at work who really is being rude to me.

The managers all like her, and I tried telling one of them that she was really being rude, and they all jumped on me.

what do I do? Should I just ignore her? obviously I can't go to any of the managers because of the extreme favoritism. help!


Ignoring her would be the best thing to do. Sometimes you have to be a little rough to get the person to stop. But the best thing to do is either tell the manager that she is very rude to you and that you would like her to stop. If they don't listen then talk to the woman yourself. Using words like, "I'd really appreciate that..." and "It hurts MY feelings when you do that." That should get on her soft side and maybe she'll stop, or you girls can turn out to be good friends.
