My friend got pregnant, she is only 15. Her boyfriend left her. She's still freshman in highschool and her mom is very sick while her dad can't sustain them financially coz of her mom's situation. If she will tell it to her family that she's pregnant, she'll be exiled or outcast. She alson doesn't want to ruin her studies coz her family wants her to succeed but if she'll raise the kid, she'll ruin her life coz her family will get angry and they are in extreme state of neediness. What should we do to abort her baby? (link)

You should all think very hard on this situation. Is abortion really the right choice for her? Is there truly no other way for this to work, or are you panicking a little bit? Is that truly how their family would react?
After you - most importantly she - have thought long and hard, and if the only option is abortion, I cannot stress the importance of NOT doing it yourself. You need to find a medical professional who knows what they're doing. No stairs or coat hanger tricks will ever be safe - EVER - no matter what anyone tells you.
Home abortion methods are all EXTREMELY dangerous and the process should only be attempted by a doctor. I understand there are laws against it, and you should take that into account. But if an abortion is really her ONLY option, find a doctor who can sympathize. If she/you try to perform the abortion, she could end up severely injured, extremely ill, or dead.
I hope you reconsider all of the options before she makes a decision. I wish her the best of luck.
