So I play pokemon a lot and over the summer I bought a Ninetendo 3ds (bought with cash). For Christmas, my mom bought me Pokemon Y for my 3ds. There's this thing you can use to transfer pokemon from older games and it said that there was a 30 day free trial do I downloaded it, but my friend said (after I downloaded it)that you have to pay $5 PER YEAR. I don't know what to do it was supposed to be free. and the $5 is I think charged to a credit card and I don't have one. I'm scared to tell my mom because we wouldn't be able to afford if the $5 was taken from her credit card we're not well off. I need help I don't know what to do if I have to pay later I dont have money (link)

I love the pokemon games! I've played the pokemon "x" game ever since I got it for Christmas. I also got the pokemon bank and don't worry, the free trial is well... free! A page comes up saying that your pass has expired right when you download it. In the app, at the top of the lower screen it says how many days you have left on your pass; it should say "28 days left" or something like that.
Don't worry. it won't automatically charge your moms credit card without asking.
After the 30 days is up, watch for any kind of message and read through it before accepting. This might be asking you to renew your subscription.
Also, talk to your mom about any extra charges on her credit card. If for some reason the card was charged for the pokemon bank, your mom will understand. You can ask your mom how you can make up the money or do some extra chores around the house top make up for the mistake. I promise you that she will understand.
