I'm 12. My boyfriend is 16. He was my first time. Is that a form of stuatory rape? Could legal action be taken? My principal asked me if I've had my first time because I got in trouble. Could they get him in trouble? I don't want to get him in trouble.. :( HELP!! (link)

Your parents can get your boyfriend for statutory rape and he could be charged as a child molester and go to prison. Also you should report that principal because that is considered sexual harassment on a child and is very illegal, it could also lead to him trying worse things with other young girls or you. It is also not his business to know those types of things about his students. As for you being 12 with a 16 year old, go play with your friends and dolls. You are not ready and not near mature enough for sex. Don't try to grow up too fast, you have other things that are far less significant than having sex like your grades in school, at your age.
