If you are aged between 13-23 then could you please answer me how you feel around people you like? what do you feel like you want to do when you're in a relationship? do you know if you like someone or not? if yes please specify how? I am a female aged anon (link)

I am a 16 year old girl. I know when I really like a guy because I will feel a physical attraction and an emotional attraction toward them. I've had crushes where I think a guy is hot but then I realize I don't actually like him. My biggest crushes have come from when I initially think a guy is cute, then I become friends with him and start to like his personality, then I think he's really cute and all of a sudden he's all I can think about. Right now I'm in a relationship and have been for six months, I still get butterflies every time we hang out and I think that's because I had developed a huge crush on him overtime prior to dating, so the relationship still excites me.
With the way that technology is nowadays, a lot of teens really get to know each other through texting (late night texting convos can really bring people together) but I often overreact if my boyfriend doesn't reply to a text or doesn't post pictures of us on Facebook, etc. Technology can be very helpful in fueling teen relationships in the beginning because you are more comfortable saying something behind a screen to someone you like than in person. And you can contact them at any time. But it can also be detrimental to relationships because one person may text too much and feel that the other person isn't doing enough or the other way around. My main point is that technology plays a huge point in teen relationships.
As far as what I want to do in relationships, it totally depends on the guy I'm dating. Since I am only sixteen, I will not have sex with my boyfriend. Other teens don't think the same way as I do, but the thought of having to tell my parents I am pregnant totally crushes any desire I would have to have sex with him. Since we've been dating for six months, we've gone as far as oral sex but I won't go any further until it's been at least a year, we are using protection, and I feel that I really love him. I don't think that I've ever truly LOVED a boyfriend I've had, only really liked them. I don't love my current boyfriend, I don't think he loves me, even though we've said that we do. I'm too young for love. But I still feel heart wrenching pain when someone I really like hurts my feelings.
This was a long answer, sorry. I hope I was helpful.
