Ok so my crush is SO awesome! Heres the deal... We were forced partners in a class for about two weeks or so and i pretend not to like him because he is nerdy and so we were talking and we really had fun just talking. After that he really didnt even notice me at all, but I DID. anyway, acouple of days ago he said something like is there a differencw between star wars and star trek... And he asked me and i said yes... Blah blah blah. Then a couple of days later he was talking very brifly about his HW and i was talkin to him too... THEN at lunch a couple of days later he was talking to me agian, but still just a sentece or two. I think he friendzoned me :( how do i get outta the friendzone and get him to ask me out? Since many contributors will most likely not know either you or your crush, the advise we give will not be completely accurate, so I wouldn't rush into anything; besides you wouldn't to scare off the poor lad now would we?
Firstly, I would look at his behavior towards you, does he act shy, happy just to be in your company (Even when their down?) or maybe a little flirtatiously? Do you offer support when needed? Are you maybe what he may consider to be "out of his league" so to speak? If it's a mixture of these then he may be interested in you.
Finally I hate to say it but, do you actually make an effort to speak to him? (I don't mean to sound mean but, just from the description it sounded like only he'd made the effort to talk to him) Maybe he's not hit that stage where he's interested in girls (i.e. Hormones) And could he maybe think you mock him?
One thing you could try is maybe getting friendly with a few of his friends, maybe approach them and, if he's not there, ask where he is and they may talk to him about you and bolster his sense of bravado. Or appeal to his "nerdy" side (Although... He didn't know the difference between Star Wars and Star Trek... )
Maybe after a little while of talking to him, and maybe being ever so slightly flirtatious (But, be careful with that, don't sound desperate; men tend to hate that and you don't wanna get a bad name for yourself) then just ask him to be your boyfriend, if he says no, then it's not the end. DON'T EVER BE AFRAID OF SOMEONE SAYING NO TO YOU. Other than that have fun with him, make him feel special, be his little Klingon
