I personally have never been in this situation, but I'm more than sure others have masturbated in a car before.
Masturbation as we all know is completley normal. I wouldn't suggest doing it in a car, but somepleace private when you're not out. Like a bedroom or bathroom. You would have access to wash your hands after you're donw, and it would decrease the chances of someone seeing you "in the act".
So as it is perfectly normal, I wouldn't suggest to do it often.
