I have a brand new laptop, from first day the web cam is blurry I played with all the options and and played with the lights, nothing changes the blurry factor, got an other suggestions?

If i were you i would read the settings in that little book that they always give you. If you dont have it look it up on your laptop well the name of your laptop on the computer and call the tech support number. They should and will help you.

(Rating: 5) I feel SO stupid. It was what the other person said about there being a little plastic film over the lense to protect it. SO STUPID! LOL! Thank you for your good advice I could have used if there had ACTUALLY beeen a real problem! xD
