I recently started the pill(almost two months ago), so I'm still spotting.
However, last night I had sex with my boyfriend without a condom (we're both clean when it comes to STDs and so on; both been tested) and I'm slightly worried whether the pill is still effective, even if you're spotting?
Thanks! (link)

When on the pill, the pill is most effective a month after starting. If you have been taking the pill correctly. You said almost 2 months ago, so you should be fine. The spotting is normal. I'm not sure what pill you are on? But just wait it out, I'd say if its a everyday thing for another month or 2, Go back to the doctors and see if they will switch your birth control. But then after switching, I'm sure you know it'll take another month to become full effective.
Good luck!
