my question is when you're taking the driving test is it awkard? like are you supposed to talk? or will the instructor talk to you or what?
are you allowed to turn on the radio?

We usually are more nervous about taking the driver's test than it seems necessary once we've done it. I think if you feel like talking and you have something to say then by all means talk. You just don't want to talk too much, too loud or too fast where it becomes a distraction. As far as the radio I would not turn it on. You are taking a test and your instructor needs to be able to evaluate your driving skills.
