I have been trying to get in shape for a long time. I've gone on diets, and I basically know what to eat & how to exercise.
What I need is ideas on how to keep this change as a lifestyle, and not something temporary...
Also, once I hit a plateau, it's really hard to stay on the diet because it stops working for me...
Any suggestions?

Hmmm diets are never easy but i suggest 5 a day fruit,and drink plenty of milk for strong bones, trying getting a wii fit they are really helpfull they tell you everything you need to know about your weight if your underweight perfect weight or obese for your age, and theres many work outs to help you loose calories, i tried loosing weight on the wii and i lost 2 stone only took me a few weeks :) so thats great.
But plenty or exersize will do, then after fruit, and healthy drink of water to keep you from being dehighdrated. Try late night runs aswell (:
