I notice before i get my period and even during it i get pain down below it's pretty painful and i'm not sure what's causing it iv'e already visited my gynecologist..
Does this happen to anyone elese?
Can anyone give me a explaination to why
it's happening?

yes i get this aswell my periods are REALLY painfull about 3 days before all the way through and carry on till 3 days after..sometimes they can be sharp stabbing pains and sometimes it can ache and cramp...best thing to take is 2 paracetamol and 2 ibuprofen at the same time(depending on how old you are over 12 you can do this) take paarcetamol every 4 hours and the ibuprofen every six...works for me! xx
