to make this very short, my best friend is really jealous of me & gets jealous of anything i say & do, she makes up lies and always tries to one up me. its getting on my nerves so much. its getting worse & worse. i tried to confront her about it, and she gets better for a few weeks, and then its back to her old ways. i just don't know what to do. Are you sure she is jealous of you? Maybe she gets pissed at you because you think she is jealous of you. Bestfriends arent jealous of each other and dont accuse each other of being jealous. Your not bestfriends. Sorry If I sound rude

no. she is for sure jealous. i don't ever accuse her of being jealous to her face. its just what i know. & not all best friends have like perfect always happy relationships. just to let you know.
