So down there i have these bumps, and there full of like, blood and puss. i also have them on the lining on where my leg and butt meet. iv had them for years and they only hurt when they get really big but i want to know:
What are they?
How can i get rid of them?
because i want to start getting intimate with guys and i think its gross to have like, bumps and scars from popping them. (link)

Sounds to me like an ingrown hair problem. I have it too, in fact most of my family does. Gets REALLY bad if I try to shave down there too often or something.
A pretty decent sure is salt and sun.
When my mom and uncle were growing up, they went to the beach a lot. The combination of salt water and tanning reduced the problem to minimal, if present at all.
I do not live by a beach. I use Dead Sea Salt and Mineral Oil. You can buy them premixed sometimes, or just do it yourself. Mineral Oil you can get at a grocery, and dead sea salt you can get at your local herb shop (usually a pagan supply store carries both). You mix them, and rub it vigorously into your skin. Rinse THOROUGHLY. It will, occassionally, burn, if the salt tears one open, but the mineral oil prevents scarring, and once you've been doing it for about a week, you should notice a significant reduction in the amount and severity. After 3-4 weeks they should be so minimal you won't notice them, hardly.
If you can rope tanning into this, a tanning bed works, it helps too, by drying out the oil in the skin and closing the pores so the issue is even less likely to occur.
