Sometimes if you are late for curfew or get in trouble at school then you get grounded, right? Try asking your parents to make you about a dozen "Get Out of Jail Free" card for real life. Then you can just hand one over if you are about to get yelled at and ...presto! They can't do a thing because of your card that they made for you!
