ok. i have a crush on this guy but i'm really shy i don't know what to say to him so i never talk to him. two months ago i had my friend set up an "interview" with him so i could find out what he likes. he found out the real reason behind the interview and now he just ignores me. i don't know why. why do you think he ignores me? what should i do?. i asked if he was mad at me and he said no. and it sounds weird because i'm not dating him or anything. but he's really close with one of my old friends he always sits next to her and talks to her and touches her and has her give him bak rubs. is it ok if i'm jealous about this? i probably shouldn't i don't own him or anything. but i can't help it. am i wrong to feel this way? please help me i feel so helpless (link)

I've been in the same situation as you and you know what i did? I ignored him. That's what really works. Now im not saying completely ignore him and push him out of your life, im saying to just seem uninterested for now. Act like you have wayy better things to do than think about him. If you keep asking him if hes mad he'll get annoyed and he'll slowly pull away. But I have this feeling that he kinda likes you. He ignored you but that could mean anything. It could even mean he's nervous and now that he knows you like him it's making him more nervous. If that's the case, then he probably doesn't know what to do. Just give him a lot of space and say hi to him occasionally but don't always instigate the conversations. Let him say something to you. If he does, answer him but seem like you don't care. I know it sounds crazy but it works. Another reason why he may like you is because he makes your friend give him back rubs infront of you and that just screams "notice me!" if he really liked your friend he'd be more private with the touching and the back rubs. If he's always doing it infront of you then he wants you to notice that he's getting attention from another girl. Don't seem like you're jealous and whenever he does this with your friend pretend like you didn't notice or like you don't care. Soon, he'll come crawling to you. even if it takes a long time he'll eventually realize the truth. hope this all works out for you! best of luck :)
