Hi! I live in Chino Hills, California and I came to this site to see if I can help anyone who needs it. I am 15 years old and am known in my group of friends as the "voice of reason" :)
I want to try to help as many people as I possibly can. I hope someone can find my advice helpful, although I know some will disagree--and that's totally fine.
I always tell people that I give advice to that I'm just a person who makes mistakes so before they consider my advice they should make sure they agree with it. They should also make sure it's the best thing for them to do.
I hope to help you with what I can with the information given!
*hope I can help*
P.S. When you rate my advice, PLEASE don't be kind. What I mean is give me as much constructive criticism as you can! I want to be able to improve in my advice giving! Thanks!

Okay I am a freshman and I hate being "fat" I am the girl who is nice to people, easy to get along with or talk to, but you wouldn't sit by me at a lunch table if i was alone. The one your kind of ashamed to stick up for, yet kinda feel sorry for because you know they're a good person at heart.
Well I hate being that girl. I want to go on a diet, but nothing life altering. I want excerise that is easy to stick with and not ubber time consuming.
I want a breakfest that full fills me from 5 till 11.
So please if you have anthing that will help me reply. But don't give me any excerises like { run a mile on the tredmill a day becuase I have tried that, time consuming and hard to keep up with every day }

Hi. I had the EXACT same problem freshman year. I'm in 10th grade now (okay, so not much older than you :) ) and, though it wasnt much, ive lost weight and am pleased with my weight and the way i look, and, sadly, people treat me tons better. It's easy once you get in the motion of it. All i did was the little things. Cut off of junk food, trying to eat healthier more filling foods like granola bars, fruits, and stuff like that. I also tried to stand more then sit. Standing stil actually burns calories, not much but more then sitting. I tried walking places as much as i could instead of being driven. And every night, before i go to bed, i do some kind of work out. Nothing tough just like ten sit ups or a few leg pumps, changing it up every week so it feels new and like your not just getting into rutine. Some people would go to extremes, starving themselves, doing exhausting work outs etc... but the smallest things make the biggest difference ;)
Hope I helped!!
