I take 30mg of Vyvanse in the mornings before school on weekdays. It's supposed to last till 6-7 at night but it hardly lasts past 3. I know no one here's a doctor, but I'm sure there's someone who's had experience with this. If it's wearing off so fast does that mean I should go up on dosage? I wouldn't do anything without talking to the doctor first but I just want some advice before making a decision. (link)
It might be time for a dosage adjustment: while some people might have it last the whole time, it's obvious that you need a higher dose for the same effect. Talk to your doctor, he'll probably either increase your dose or change you to two doses split over the course of the day.

Thanks:)
I meant to word my question differently though. Haha, like I didn't know if it's better to take a higher dose all at one time or take 2 low doses throughout the day.
