I have the same exact problem. Of course, my parents tell me just to lay in bed and try to get tired so I'm up in time (my school doesn't start until september though..) Sometimes, that does work. However, for some, it doesn't. Try this:
You can try shutting the computer down, keeping the TV off, and getting rid of any other distractions so that you'll be relaxed. Even if you're not tired, try laying down and closing your eyes. Think of something fun you did this summer or any type of good thoughts..this will turn into a dream, in turn, making you fall asleep. This works for some.
Or try this: You can also heat up milk. Warm milk is proven to help you get tired and fall asleep. My mother did this for me when I was younger, but it still works for me now.
My opinion: Since today is the 25th, try going to bed at 9-10 pm tonight. I know it's going to suck..but it'll probably help. Try anything I just suggested and see if it works. Then! Set your alarm for whatever time you have to usually get up for school. When you wake up at that time the next morning, don't take any naps throughout the day. This will make sure you get to bed earlier, hopefully meaning that your body will be tired enough to fall asleep at the time you want it to. It usually works for me :D.
If those don't work or you just don't like them..I found a site that will help you out:

Good luck, have fun on your first day! :)
