Yes it will because during pregnancy you produce hormones that cause your joints in your hips and pelvic area to become looser and more flexible. Your body does this to ready itself for a baby to come through that area. Your hips will never be as narrow as they once were but don't worry, you will not get any wider with future pregnancies.
