ha ha, I guess that depends on who you are asking. Personally, I think it is an adorable and sweet thing to say. It shows that he likes kissing you, and if he likes kissing you, chances are he enjoys the intimacy of the kiss between you.
I totally think its a good thing, and he sounds like a sweet guy. Congrats :D
