Exercising:
To get rid of unwanted fat on the body, there's a number of exercises you can do. I've answered many questions relating to this. I'll give you a link to this site that seems to be the most helpful:
http://www.fitwatch.com/exercise/10-ways-you-can-exercise-at-home-without-any-equipment-10.html
These are exercises you can do at home, you can even do them for 30 minutes whenever you'd like. This way you don't have to pay to use a gym or anything!

*Make sure you get 7-8 hours of sleep every night. Sleep is very important in living healthy*

Eating: You need to eat at least 3 meals a day! Just be careful and read the Nutrition Facts on the back of the food. Don't eat too many carbs (don't forget you need some carbs in your diet though), sugars (you need some sugar in your diet), salts (they absorb water and make you bloated) and calories (however, don't eat too little calories..that gives you energy!). Don't ever skip breakfast..it's the most important meal of the day. It basically gives you your energy for the day. For brekfast, you can have eggs and toast. Or even some healthy cereal (such as Special K, Cheerios, etc.) For lunch, don't eat too much. For example, a sandwich and an apple is fine, you can even have salad with that if you'd like. For dinner, eat more veggies! Meat, is very important of course (you need it for protein, fats, etc.), but so is eating plenty of veggies. Remember, these are only ideas! So, it's up to you what you'd prefer to eat. Make sure you drink plenty of cold water too. Lay off of soda's such as Pepsi, Coke, Sprite, etc. Even diet drinks aren't good for you! Which I learned after a while. However, things like Iced tea (Snapple, Brisk, etc.) are fine though. So is a number of other drinks.
Here are a few links to healthy food sites. You can even make them yourself. They're very easy.

Remember: Losing weight doesn't happen over night. It takes some time. So don't get upset if it takes a little while. Doctor's even say, the weight you lose by exercising stays off. But, if you go unhealthy and barely eat, you're actually, in the end, going to gain more weight. By eating healthier, and exercising you're not only losing weight, but you're living a healthier lifestyle, which is VERY important.

Good luck!
Hope I helped :)!

i love you :)
