i got my belly button peirced about three weeks ago and its still really sore, and theres this liquidy stuff that i have to clean out every morning. how long does it take to heal? and do you think it could possibly be infected? thank you(: (link)

Hello i got my belly button pierced in January. Mine was finally healed, not hurting anymore in about May. It takes a couple months to heal. Mine did the same exact thing. Especially right after i got out of the shower or when i woke up it was like liquid draining from it and then eventually got crusty. I went to the place and asked if it was infected and he said this is part of the healing process. Everybody is different so if you're concerned that its infected get it checked out. Just make sure you're cleaning it regually and it should heal. :)
