im 13, ive gone through puberty and everything but i havent gotten my period yet. ive had bad cramps and discharge for about a year now and i dont know if its normal. (link)

Well I knew a girl who got her period when she was like 15. So just because your later than the other girls doesn't mean there's something wrong. Everyone's different and goes through these changes at different paces. And yes the symptoms you're getting are signs of a period. So it could be possible that you'll get your period soon. For how long have you been having these symptoms?
But just to be 100% sure, you should talk to a doctor or your mom at least, whatever you're comfortable with.
