Q: I was wondering what are the best exercises for your stomach it can be more then one example crunches leg lifts. Anything can help.
some effective ways to flatten that your stomach is these. i looked it but yea. here are 10:
1. Bicycle Exercise
2. Captains' Chair Leg Rise
3. Exercise Ball Crunch
4. Vertical Leg Crunch
5. Torso Track
6. Long Arm Crunch
7. Reverse Crunch
8. Full Vertical Crunch
9. Ab Rocker
10.Plank Elbows and Toes
