Q: 14/F
I'm five feet tall and weigh about 117 lbs. It's not that bad, considering I have muscle on me, but I also have partially larger thighs, upper arms, and a gut.
My question is, any tips on losing weight?
I want to get a flat stomach, or mostly flat stomach, by summer and I want to lose at least 7 lbs. I know you have to do aerobics, running, etc. etc., but is there any other way to make the process faster?
Thanks in advance.

Honestly, I think 117 pounds is a healthy weight for your height-I'm 5'6" and 135 pounds, which is a bit overweight but it's an average weight. But anyway, a good weight-loss exercise is stationary biking (exercise bike, or try out a spin class). It has more effect than just walking. Eat less calories, and burn more, cut back on bad food, and get a lot of rest.
