Some great acoustic songs are "miserable at best" and "three cheers for five years" by mayday parade, any songs by secondhand serenade, and songs by ron pope. I think you will like all of these. As for songs about a boy toying with a girl, I can't really think of any that say exactly that but you might like "almost lover" by a fine frenzy. Hope this helped :)
I would also recommend ron pope, esp "you're the reason i come home," and chase coy
