So....I've known this guy for 2 years now.The first day I saw him I immediately felt a connection between us.But lately I havents seen him at all.And everytime me and him are with a group af friends he always bothers me and makes fun of me.And Ive been nothing but nice to him since the first day we met.And sometimes (like 30% of the time) he can be sweet to me but we are usually alone.So I wanna know what does this mean?

it means that he is still immature.

I suggest ignoring him when you and him are in social situations. Pretend as though he is not in the room ..

that will bother him alot.
When he does finally ask why tell him because he is rude in public so you dont want anything to do with him in a social situation.
