OK, I have a problem. I have long nails (well, used to) but I a have a habit of picking them off. Is there anything that you can recommend me to or give me tips to stop?

hahaa i used to do that too.
if you really want the look of long nails
i would get acrylic nails. they are thick and hard to bite off. also expensive. so if u bite one off you'd be pretty pissed. lol
the only thing is that if you have pretty long natural nails, they might get ruined from fake nails.
ive moved onto fake nails. that way they are always long and sexy;]
