alrite, long story short: i work at this drama place where my usally i called \"good friend\" back stabbed me and telling every one shit about me that is not true, they call me sluts that there is no way to be found also where i work there is a lots of old people where they have no life and love to talk about things like this, now when some one really likes me and want to ask me out on a date, that they would go and \"warn\" them to watch out, im a bad girl and leave me alone.
i guess its kind of my fault to, cause im too nice i cant tell if they are setting me up. i tell them about my boy troubles and they spread them with nasty words. i dont kno if you guys have ever played the game call spread the words, where people sit in a circle and pass down the sentence or word people by people and the sentence end up some thign completely differnent!!! thats the situation im in, where every one in the restruant think im some kind of a bad girl and spread shitty rumors about me. i dont want to quit the job, b/c its easy and its not my fault why would i quit rite???
please guys what should i do now????

I don't think it's as simple as acting like it doesn't bother you, I mean not if you plan on keeping that job.
I think you really have no choice but to confront the situation.
Obviously someone told you that these rumors have been being spread, so without a doubt you can figure out WHO is saying these things.
Wait until there are multiple people around who have told you these rumors were being spread and confront the entire situation.
It will be very tough to do, but I don't see how you will be able to get any satisfaction unless you do.
What is the worst that could come of confronting the major players in this?
I am sorry that this is happening to you though.I can certainly empathize with you .

thank you so much for the help, i been really trying to keep up with it too, i really feel the negitive vibe i get in the work u kno but i cant really do anything since majority of the ppl are there listening to what they said
