How do you personally deal with stress? I have no idea how to. I usually get stressed from school/ working and not having enough time for homework. I try to manage time as best I can, but like, for example, if I don't understand my math homework, I sit there and freak out, and don't get it done. I have so many other things to do then just my math homework..
Also, how do you deal when you're upset/angry? I know some people run, but it's getting cold and our treadmill is broken. I hate just going to my room. I feel like it just makes things worse.
Since school started, I feel like I ALWAYS have something to do. I work about 25 hours a week and go to school (high school, junior). I know I probably should cut down on work hours, but I need the money. I have almost the whole weekend off, so any suggestions as to what to do to kind of "start over" and just feel better? I thought about just sitting at home and watching movies all weekend by myself, but at the same time, I want to hang out with friends. What's your opinion?
Any suggestions? Thanks! (link)
Well, there's different ways to deal with stress. For example, I try staying completely optimistic, I draw, write poetry, write in a journal, listen to music. There's so many things you could do. My one thing I'd say you should try to do, is just stay optimistic. Just keep in the now, and be happy of what you have, and realize things will always get better. And did you try writing in a journal? It's always easier to deal with stress if you can just write it all out, no secrets, and just read it over, and decide for yourself what you should do.

As for weekends, well, maybe one day you could hang out with friends, other day to rest. It's always good to have time to yourself. 8D

Yeah, I've tried writing in a journal, not really just for stress, kind of just a way to remember what high school was like, but I never really stuck to it. I'll try that again and some of the other things you mentioned. Thanks!
