i was reading this book once and it was talking about enigmas and as it went on (since it was not a very descriptive book) i came to the conclusion that enigmas were quizzes or riddles or puzzles or something like that
and some of the enigmas that the book had in it were awesome
so does anyone know a heap of websites or just one with enigmas in them

Enigmas aren't really riddles... They're like... people, places, sayings and situations that require thought because they're riddle-like (basically all the "clues" in National Treasure)...
Try escape the room games.
