Q: how could i get wavy hair like this

You could take the picture to a hair salon, and tell them you want a perm like that. Or if you want to do it yourself just scrunch it when its damp, with styling gel. Then spray hairspray ALL OVER it. (it might take a lot of hair spray) Then if you want the bangs straight like in that picture, make sure not to get gel on your bangs.
I'm sure it will look awesome :]

Ok so I'm Taylor, and I love to give advice, (obviously). I'm always on here multiple times a day. I hate judgemental people, and labels (emo, prep, etc.) I support gay rights, as well as animal rights. I have a wonderful boyfriend, and he means the world to me.
