I have yet to get a boyfriend either. I can attract people who like me but my problem is that I'm picky. But I think the key element is of course how you flirt. First off you need to know what you're looking for. Maybe someone you share a common interest with. Like me for instance, I love guys who're music obsessed so I could talk about that forever and ever and how I get them to go "wow I want that girl" is to impress them with my taste. So just know what you want and know who to flaunt your good taste or good knowlodge or good look ect.
