i run on my treadmell for about 15 min everyday and i eat pretty healthy. i do crunches they have worked but i want my stomache to be flat.there almost there but not yet.i have about 6 weeks to do this.does anyone know of any exersices that i can do?
Crunches will only tighten the muscles, they don't work well for losing weight or losing fat. Aerobics on the other hand burns calories ie fat but won't build muscles. To get the most from the treadmill you need to increase your heart rate to about 135 beats a minute for thirty minutes to get any significant results. Only exercise every other day. You will deplete your energy and actually exercise less. Increase your fruits and veggies and cut the soda and fried foods. This routine will help you drop any extra fat. Now the crunches will look like they are working. Do 400 crunches two times a day every other day opposite the treadmill. rest every 4th day, start again. so it' crunch,tread,crunch tread, rest, crunch,tread,crunch,tread, rest and so on.
